India Welfare Society was established in 1966 and is a registered Charity. The Society aims to promote the education of the inhabitants of the United Kingdom and in particular the people from the Indian Sub-Continent and the relief of such persons who are in condition of need, hardship or distress. We owe it to our children to stand united, be constructive and help India. You are therefore requested to take the following steps:-

1. Become a supporting member of India Welfare Society, which is free to show unity. Those who wish to play an active part in Community Life are welcome to become Life Members which costs only Seventy Five Pounds.

2. Join a Political Party of your choice in Britain and play as active a part in it as your circumstances may permit.

3. Try to support the Appeal of the Society to BEFRIEND a Senior Citizen in U.K from the Host Community, if possible for you.

4. Invest at least 25% of your savings in investments that will help India.
